How to get there

From Crace, turn left onto Nudurr Drive, then right into Gundaroo Road. Take the third left into Wunderlich Street.

Why is this interesting?

Yerrabi Pond is part of a chain of water bodies that act as a stormwater treatment system for urban run-off pollutants, protecting the water quality of the Murrumbidgee River. The water is used to irrigate nearby parks and sport ovals.

Enjoy the variety of waterbirds including black swans, herons, darters, cormorants, dusky moorhens, ducks and purple swamphens.

The path to Forde follows historic Old Gundaroo Road which was the link to Sydney for early residents of Ginninderra.
