Lyneham and North O'Connor

In 2022, the Lyneham and North O’Connor Heritage Trail was launched, an initiative of the Lyneham Community Association and funded by the ACT Heritage Grants program 2020-2021.

The 9-km long loop track includes 11 sites starting at the Lyneham Shops in Wattle Street where the above map stands.

Visit the sites of former pastoral properties, an inn, schoolhouse, church, old transport corridor and a scout hall. See the multicultural contributions to the suburbs including the significance of Jandura Park. Learn about recent additions of the Lyneham Wetlands and Common Food Forest.
